At one time I tried having a chocolate and candy shop in a Flea Market. Very few people shopping there were willing to pull out their wallets and spend their money. Plus people like to feel things and would destroy the candy/packaging pressing the candy with their fingers, not to mention the temperature sensitivity of chocolate.
